Bespoke wedding dress design in London blending British craftsmanship with modern style

If the thought of trying on dozens of ready-to-wear wedding dresses is daunting, having a bespoke wedding dress made for you will take away the stress and ensure you get exactly what you want.

You don’t have to compromise on the fit, details or quality. A bespoke wedding dress is an unforgettable experience that opens up a world of possibilities, as Cherry explains: “You never forget having a bespoke dress made for you. It’s incredibly exciting going from brainstorming ideas and looking at fabrics, to making the first mock-ups. It’s so far removed from just buying a dress off the peg and having it altered to sort of fit you.”

And whether you have ideas already or need some professional guidance, Cherry uses her creativity and expertise to work collaboratively with you.

Sourcing high quality, beautiful fabrics from around the world, each bespoke bridal gown is treated to Cherry’s trademark attention to detail and exquisite British craftsmanship. The result is a dress that fits like a glove, feels amazing and that nobody else in the world will have.

“The most important thing is that you feel beautiful and confident in your dress. If you’ve been struggling to find what you’re looking for, we can work together to create something uniquely you. Anything is possible.”

The Process

Private consultations take place in the London studio where you can take advantage of Cherry’s professional knowledge and knack for understanding what it is you really want.

You’ll work together, identifying styles and details that you love, before receiving a design of your one-off dress with fabric swatches and quote.

Once you’ve paid your deposit, you’re booked into the diary and the studio becomes a hive of activity. Work is started drafting your unique patterns, a toile prototype is made and fittings are scheduled.

Bespoke work starts from £2,000 and Cherry takes on a limited number of bespoke commissions per year, so get in touch today to secure your date
